Well, I have to admit I haven’t had time to prioritize my English book lately, which is really stupid I know…. because there really is no reason to not have queries out there at all times. However, I do tend to change my query and then I worry that I have spelled something wrong or done something grammatically stupid since I’m a Norwegian writing English… and worst of all I worry that I might not notice it at all, and that the literary agents are just thinking … what? (Like that cat… 😊).
So, I just wanted to ask if someone wanted to give feedback on my query and the first 10 pages of my manuscript? The book is called Sunflower Land it is a young adult novel with a dark theme.
It could be feedback on spelling or grammar or any other things that you might think are strange ( for example if things can be misunderstood, if it is interesting, do I repeat myself, is it too long… etc … )
I promise that I have no problems being critiqued and I won’t be offended…
So, let me know if this is something you would want to do 😊 and then I could email you the query and the first 10 pages.

good luck with your book. It might be more productive to develop a professional relationship with an editor.

I agree that would be helpful, but I get the feeling that I probably can’t afford the best editors and then too be honest I am not sure I would trust the others more than I would trust other writers 😊

Thank you, we have a lot of English in school and we tend to watch a lot of English TV-shows/series 😝. No deadline, it is just a query for literary agents 🙂.
