Christmas song: Deck the Halls

I hope you are all doing well! 😊

In this hectic time for many of us, I thought it could be a good idea to add one of my strange Christmas songs to the blog. It might make you smile and yes, it is a little silly 😉.

It is a cover version of “Deck the Halls” and it does definitely not sound traditional ….

Loved this! Can’t wait to hear your cover of ‘Jingle Bells’! I especially enjoyed the refrain where the music drops out to leave only the percussion line and the lilt of your voice syncopates the original hymn-like and metronomic delivery. Beautiful!

Really liked it! Definitely a Samba/reggae vibe going on. Just needs a uke solo in the middle 😉
