Christmas song: Deck the Halls

Hi

I hope you are all doing well! ๐Ÿ˜Š

In this hectic time for many of us, I thought it could be a good idea to add one of my strange Christmas songs to the blog. It might make you smile and yes, it is a little silly ๐Ÿ˜‰.

It is a cover version of โ€œDeck the Hallsโ€ and it does definitely not sound traditional โ€ฆ.

You can listen to it or download it here and I will make it available from the permanent Download Music page as well.

Cover version – Deck the Halls- Hilde T. Juvodden

I am also currently working on a new cover version of Jingle Bells, so letโ€™s hope it will be done before Christmas ๐Ÿ˜Š

I hope youโ€™ll enjoy it!

Loved this! Can’t wait to hear your cover of ‘Jingle Bells’! I especially enjoyed the refrain where the music drops out to leave only the percussion line and the lilt of your voice syncopates the original hymn-like and metronomic delivery. Beautiful!
